1. Tap the transfer option on your home screen.
2. Fill the receipant information or scan QR code.
3. Entered the desired amount and submit the request with authentication.
4. Your will receive notification when the transaction complete

Steps to check self-profile

1. User logs into the web portal/app and selects ‘My Profile’ on the home page
2. The screen will display the profile.

Currently Wallet Birr supports ETB and other currencies will be support in the future.

Steps to withdraw money to marchant

1. User selects “Withdraw Money” service.
2. CUser will enter the mobile number of Merchant Top Owner account.
3. User will enter all the required fields like Amount, PIN and submit.
4. User will be able to see the details on confirmation page.
5. Once submitted, the user will be able to see success message on screen. He will also receive notification on his registered mobile number and Email Id. Merchant Top Owner user will also receive the notification of credit.
